The Ahava Way is a Mind/Body System created to develop cultivate well-being from the Inside Out. At the Ahava Way we believe that there is one intelligent presence that underlies all reality, including our lives. This self, we call the Architect. The system utilizes yoga postures, breathing, dieting and meditation to expand our awareness such that the Architect is contacted this process we call Awakening. The result, less stress, more enjoyable moments and more connection to friends, family and our surroundings.
